Date-Banana-Coconut smoothie (It's a date!)

This is a delicious smoothie, great for when you're craving for something sweet. Plus it's so filling that I couldn't finish the single portion I'd made - rarely does that happen. Made under 3 mins on one of those days when the creative juices flow, it was a shame to not share this recipe on the same day.

Ingredients:

1. Banana - 1

2. Milk - 1/2 cup- 3/4 cup (consistency is up to you)

3. Coconut date rolls - 1-2 (I bought these from Safeway but you could substitute this with 2 pitted dates and a teaspoon of dry desiccated coconut)

Procedure:

Blend all the ingredients into a smoothie consistency.
